R.Raghuraman is a Vice President in Unilever PLCs supply chain function. He has worked in various roles in Hindustan Unilever Ltd's Supply chain from 1997 till 2012 in many locations across India. He has experience leading large teams and was responsible for setting up and operationalising one of the largest manufacturing plants of the company during his time there. He also headed all the manufacturing operations in South India and was finally the head of Planning, Logistics and Customer Service for India operations. Since 2012 September, he is in the board of Unilever Indonesia, a company with turnover in upwards of Three Billion USD per annum. He is an engineer by qualification from Regional Engineering College, Trichy and has wide experience in leading change initiatives in corporate as well as social settings.
